In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bos96. By registering an Account or using the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform.
2.2 bos96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.3 These Terms were last updated on 12 June 2026. If you registered prior to this date, your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
3.1 Age Restriction. The bos96 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bos96 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bos96 does not warrant that the Services are legal in all jurisdictions. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register.
3.3 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not acting under duress, impairment, or compulsion.
3.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one bos96 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
4.1 Members must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bos96 login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. bos96 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify bos96 support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
4.4 bos96 may require identity verification ("KYC") documents at registration or at any subsequent time, including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the bos96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bos96 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.2 Accepted Methods. bos96 accepts deposits via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Accepted methods may change at bos96's discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
5.3 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. bos96 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, wagering requirement completion. bos96 targets same-day processing for verified Members, subject to payment provider processing times.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bos96 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending enhanced due diligence. bos96 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
6.1 All bos96 promotions are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiry periods. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bos96 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, placing hedging bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional errors. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
6.4 bos96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Each game available on the bos96 platform — including live casino games, video slots, and sportsbook markets — is governed by specific game rules that are accessible within the game interface or relevant product section.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, bos96 will resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bos96's decision regarding the disposition of the wager shall be final.
7.3 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the bos96 sportsbook rules. Match postponements, abandonments, and walkovers are governed by specific sport and competition rules published in the sportsbook section. Void bets are returned to the Account Balance.
7.4 Mix Parlay. A Mix Parlay bet requires all selected legs to win for the parlay to be settled as a winner. If any individual leg is voided, the parlay odds are recalculated. Mix Parlay bets are subject to the minimum and maximum odds and leg number restrictions published in the bos96 sportsbook rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos96 platform:
9.1 All content on the bos96 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of bos96 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No rights of ownership are transferred to Members.
9.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any component of the bos96 platform without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.
10.2 bos96's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 bos96 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.
11.1 bos96 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
11.2 By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
12.1 bos96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all Members:
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are permanent unless a defined reactivation period has been agreed at the time of exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, bos96 will not market to the excluded Member.

12.4 Age Verification. bos96 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. Any Member found to be underage will have their Account immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.
13.1 bos96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or at bos96's sole discretion for business reasons.
13.2 Members may close their Account at any time by contacting bos96 support. Any outstanding verified Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.
13.3 Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or prohibited behaviour are not entitled to any refund of deposits or return of purported winnings.
14.1 bos96 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Where changes are material, bos96 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the bos96 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bos96's operating licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process outlined in the applicable licensing authority's rules.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
